Returns and Refunds

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
  • Please contact us before sending any items back

How to Start a Return:

To request a return, please email support@wondalands.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.

Return Shipping:

  • We cover the cost of return shipping
  • Return labels are provided after return approval
  • Returns must be sent using the provided label and instructions

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at support@wondalands.com within 48 hours of delivery.

In these cases, we will arrange a return and issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
